What is North Coast Music Festival?

North Coast Music Festival is one of the largest electronic music festivals in the Midwest and Chicago's biggest Labor Day Weekend event. Hosted by longtime Chicagoland promoters Collectiv Presents, the festival celebrates its 16th year in 2026 with more than 75 DJs across seven stages over three days.

Since moving to SeatGeek Stadium in Bridgeview, North Coast has become known for its spacious grounds, production-heavy stages, immersive art installations, lasers, fireworks, a Ferris wheel, and a lineup that balances mainstream headliners with underground talent while keeping a strong bass music identity.

What stages are at North Coast 2026?

North Coast 2026 runs seven stages: The Stadium (the main stage inside the bowl), The Shipyard, The Vega, Fire Pit, the OCB Dome's Bunker and Chill Dome, and a Silent Disco. General Admission includes access to every stage.

Friday brings stage takeovers from Brownies & Lemonade and EDM Chicago, and on Sunday UK garage star Sammy Virji curates his own stage.

How do I get to SeatGeek Stadium from Chicago?

SeatGeek Stadium is at 7000 S Harlem Ave in Bridgeview, Illinois, roughly a 30-minute drive southwest of downtown Chicago via I-55 or I-294. Midway Airport is about 15-20 minutes away, making North Coast one of the easiest major festivals to fly into.

Doors open at 2:00 PM daily. The festival ends at midnight on Friday and Saturday and at 10:30 PM on Sunday.
