HEYZ is the project of Mike Hayes, a producer, DJ, and internet personality originally from Greensboro, North Carolina, and now based in Denver, Colorado. After being signed to deadmau5's mau5trap for his early techno, he pivoted to a heavy, vocal-driven bass and dubstep sound with releases on Deadbeats, Circus Records, and Bite This. He pairs his music with viral comedic content online and a high-energy, vocally driven approach to heavy bass on stage.
